Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Understanding the manpower requirements.
  2. Sourcing the relevant profiles from various portals (Naukri, Social Media, etc.,)
  3. Telephonically screening the sourced profiles.
  4. Maintaining records on Excel.
  5. Lining up candidates according to the parameters. 6. Follow-up with the candidates.
  6. Scheduling job interviews and assisting about the interview process.
  7. Self involvement in Preliminary telephonic interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations ( position, salary, relocation etc,.)
  8. Good knowledge of Salary Negotiation.
