Role and Responsibilities:
- Understanding the manpower requirements.
- Sourcing the relevant profiles from various portals (Naukri, Social Media, etc.,)
- Telephonically screening the sourced profiles.
- Maintaining records on Excel.
- Lining up candidates according to the parameters. 6. Follow-up with the candidates.
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting about the interview process.
- Self involvement in Preliminary telephonic interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations ( position, salary, relocation etc,.)
- Good knowledge of Salary Negotiation.
