We are seeking Commis Chefs to join our professional and driven culinary team and assist in the daily food preparation and presentation for a number of food and beverage outlets within the hotel. Within this role, you will be responsible of the preparation of all mis-en-place and contribute to departmental targets.

Ideally you’ll have at least one year experience in a similar role in a well-established, demanding kitchen environment. You will also be motivated, creative and have a real passion for food. Candidates must be able to work under pressure, possess basic food hygiene, effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Furthermore, the ideal candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Fluency in English;
- At least one year previous culinary experience preferably in a hotel of similar size;
- The ability to work shift duties, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
