1. Responsible for clinic customer service, and coordinate the communication between clients and doctors;
2. Customer appointment, medical reception;
3. Daily administrative work and various report processing
4. Responsible for customer contact and service tracking, and maintain a customer relationships;
5. Data statistics
1 college degree or above
2 oral reception experience, oral nurse, more than 2 years of experience in high-end hotel customer service manager or foreign medical service institutions customer service experience is preferred
3 dignified and generous image, affinity, clear speech, good at communication reception
4 Positive, patient, careful and responsible; strong coordination ability; able to deal with emergencies independently.
5 Proficient in Office and EXCE
